You can cancel or change the agreed date of the visit free of charge (by phone or e-mail) up to 24 hours before it takes place. Otherwise, we will charge a fee of 50% of the price of the canceled or rescheduled consultation at the next visit. In the event of an unexcused absence, we will charge the full consultation fee.
